WiSA Technologies (NASDAQ:WISA) announced on Thursday the acquisition of data analytics company, CompuSystems.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In 2025, CompuSystems is expected to contribute to WiSA Technologies between $13M and $15M in revenue and between $3M and $4M in EBITDA.
The management of both the companies will host a conference call on Monday, December 30, at 11 AM ET to discuss the transaction.
CompuSystems acquisition is expected to close on or about January 31, 2025.
Separately, WISA anticipates closing its acquisition of Datavault intellectual property and information technology assets on or about December 31, and is set to change its name to Datavault Inc.
