Banzai以高达700万美元的现金股权混合收购Vidello

- Banzai International (NASDAQ:BNZI) announced on Friday the acquisition of Vidello, a video hosting technology and marketing suite provider, for up to $7M in a mix of cash equity.
- The marketing technology company, having signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition, was trading +17.90% pre-market at $1.91.
- The acquisition is expected to grow Banzai's revenue by $6.5M and EBITDA by $2.3M for the twelve-month period ended September 30, 2024, on a pro-forma basis.
- The aggregate merger consideration will be up to $5.5M in cash and a number of Banzai class A shares, and/or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof, equal to $1.5M.
- The transaction is expected to close this month.
