Perma-Fix (NASDAQ:PESI) fell 8.1% in premarket trade, after the company priced public offering at a discount of 12% to its last close on Tuesday.
The firm said it has priced its public offering of 2.2M shares at $10 apiece.
The comapny expects to raise ~$22M from the offering.
