Pembina Pipeline预计2025年调整后EBITDA为42 - 45亿加元

- Pembina Pipeline (NYSE:PBA) has announced its 2025 financial guidance, projecting adjusted EBITDA of C$4.2 billion to C$4.5 billion, driven by volume growth, new assets, consolidation of Alliance and Aux Sable assets, and partially offset by Cochin Pipeline recontracting and moderation of commodity margins in the marketing business, compared to 2024's guidance.
- For 2025, the company has a C$1.1 billion capital investment program planned, with an emphasis on continuing development and building projects.
- The company expects to generate positive free cash flow and maintain a year-end debt-to-adjusted EBITDA ratio of 3.4 to 3.7 times.
- The development of pipeline extensions, safe operations, project execution, the advancement of the Cedar LNG Project, and the assessment of possibilities for the Dow Supply Agreement are among the top goals for 2025.
