CleanSpark宣布私募发行5.5亿美元可转换优先票据

- Bitcoin miner CleanSpark (NASDAQ:CLSK) intends to offer $550M of convertible senior notes due 2030 to the initial purchasers for resale in a private offering to institutional buyers.
- CLSK shares were trading -1.42% Thursday post-market at $12.14.
- Also, the company expects to grant the initial purchasers an option to purchase within 13 days up to an additional $100M of the convertible notes.
- The net proceeds are intended to be used to pay the cost of certain capped call transactions; repurchase shares; and for the repayment of amounts outstanding under company's line of credit with Coinbase, capital expenditures, acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
- The convertible notes will mature on June 15, 2030.
