Nuvei (NASDAQ:NVEI) said it has received all regulatory approvals required for its planned $34 a share sale to private equity firm Advent International.
In early April, Canadian payments processor Nuvei (NVEI) confirmed a deal to be sold to private equity firm Advent for $34 a share in cash or a total enterprise value of $6.3 billion.
The firm expects the deal to be completed on or about November 15.
Under the agreement, Canadian shareholders Philip Fayer, Novacap and CDPQ will indirectly own or control approximately 24%, 18% and 12%, respectively, of the equity in the resulting private company as part of the agreement,
