有报道称私募股权公司可能正在考虑收购，Marqeta上涨

Marqeta (NASDAQ:MQ) quickly rose 8% amid a report that private equity firms are said to be circling the fintech company on a possible takeover offer.

Financial service providers such as Mastercard (MA) and Visa (V) could join with PE firms in considering an offer for Marqeta (MQ) according to a Dealreporter item, which cited three sources familiar with the matter. 

Other fintech firms like Block (SQ), Fiserv (FI), or Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) could also be interested in a Marqeta (MQ) bid, according to the report.

Marqeta (MQ) has a market cap of $1.9 billion. Its shares had fallen 46% this year before Monday.
