Earlyworks收到纳斯达克关于持续上市要求不足的通知

- Earlyworks (NASDAQ:ELWS) on Monday said it has received a notification from Nasdaq, indicating that the company is not in compliance with the minimum Market Value of Listed Securities requirement as set forth in continued listing standards.
- The rule requires companies to maintain a minimum MVLS of $35 million, and a deficiency occurs if the MVLS falls below this threshold for 30 consecutive business days.
