1847 Holdings (NYSE:EFSH) has announced the pricing of its "reasonable best efforts" public offering of securities for gross proceeds of $11.1M, where the offering comprises 8.81M units, at a public offering price of $1.26/unit.
Each unit comprises (i) one common share or a pre-funded warrant to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $0.01/share, (ii) a series A warrant to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $1.90/share and (iii) a series B warrant to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $2.52/share.
The closing of the public offering is expected to occur on or about Oct. 30, 2024.
EFSH -71.2% to $0.36.
