TuHURA合并更新后，Kintara股价上涨10%

- Shares of Kintara Therapeutics (NASDAQ:KTRA) climbed 10% Monday after the company announced the record date for contingent value rights, or CVRs, to be issued under its merger agreement with TuHURA Biosciences and the merger’s proposed closing date.
- Kintara (KTRA) said the CVRs are expected to be issued to Kintara (KTRA) stockholders of record as of Oct. 17, but the date is subject to change based on the merger's final closing date, according to a statement.
- The proposed merger is expected to close on Oct. 18, subject to regulatory approval and certain closing conditions.
- The CVRs will be issued immediately prior to a proposed 1-for-35 reverse stock split of Kintara (KTRA) shares and the merger closing.
- Kintara (KTRA) announced plans to merge with TuHURA through an all-stock deal in April. The combined company’s stock is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol HURA.
