首席执行官退休后，Arch Capital股价下跌，继任者被任命

- Arch Capital Group (NASDAQ:ACGL) stock slipped 3.1% in Monday morning trading after the insurance company's CEO decided to retire.
- Marc Grandisson, who served as since 2018 and has been with the company since 2001, decided to retire, Arch Capital (ACGL) said.
- The board named Nicolas Papadopoulo, the company's president and chief underwriting officer, as CEO. He joins the board, effective immediately. Papadopoulo has been with the company since 2001.
- "Consistent with the board’s robust succession planning process, we believe Nicolas’ experience and expertise make him the ideal person to lead Arch going forward to drive growth and value for all shareholders," said John Pasquesi, chair of Arch's (ACGL) board.
