Bruush approves share consolidation, terminates merger agreement; shares fall

- Bruush Oral Care (OTC:BRSHF) said on Monday that its securities continue to be suspended from trading pending the completion of a review by the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council.
- The company made submissions to the Listing Council on August 15, 2024 and presented a plan of compliance regarding meeting Nasdaq listing standards. Under the plan of compliance, the board has approved a share consolidation of the company's issued and outstanding common shares on a fifty-to-one (50:1) basis.
- The company also said that it has delivered a notice of termination to Arrive Technology to terminate the agreement and plan of merger transaction between the parties, and the company intends to pursue other opportunities.
- Bruush Oral Care (OTC:BRSHF) shares were down more than 75% during Monday trading hours.
