DigitalOcean Holdings (NYSE:DOCN) has introduced a pay-as-you-go-model for startups and growing digital businesses to access Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) H100 GPUs for artificial intelligence uses.

"The race to AI development can be expensive, making it a huge limiting factor for smaller companies and growing businesses," the company announced today. "DigitalOcean's advanced AI infrastructure is leveling the playing field by providing fast, easy and affordable access to high-performance GPUs without requiring upfront investments in costly hardware."

AI developers can utilize the computing power to run AI experiments, train large language models and scale AI projects without making large capital investments. The new offerings are called DigitalOcean GPU Droplets and DigitalOcean Kubernates GPU Support.

"We're making it easier and more affordable than ever for developers, startups, and other innovators to build and deploy GenAI applications and move them into production," said Bratin Saha, Chief Product and Technology Officer at DigitalOcean.
