蓝山顾问公司提出现金收购Territorial Bancorp

An investor in regional and community banks, Blue Hill Advisors, and the former Hawaii banking executive Allan Landon have increased the cash takeover offer for Territorial Bancorp (NASDAQ:TBNK) to $12.50 per share from $12.00 per share.
TBNK had agreed to merge with Hope Bancorp (HOPE) in a $78.6M stock-for-stock transaction in April.
Territorial Bancorp had reaffirmed the commitment of its board to the proposed merger with Hope on Sept. 19 after an unsolicited proposal from Blue Hill.
Blue Hill's increased offer represents a 27% premium over Hope's proposal, based on the latter's Sept. 25 closing stock price on the Nasdaq.
TBNK shares were trading +3.92% Thursday afternoon at $10.33.
