Global Engine IPO定价为800万美元，每股4美元

Global Engine (NASDAQ:GLE) said it has priced its initial public offering of 2M shares at $4 apiece.
The expected total gross proceeds is $8M.
The firm added, the shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and are expected to commence trading on September 20, under the ticker symbol "GLE".
