HNR收购现为EON Resources

- EONR (NYSE:EONR) has announced that the Co. has changed its corporate name from HNR Acquisition to EON Resources.
- EON remains as an independent energy company focused on Energy, Oil, Natural Resources, and other aspects of the Energy Industry.
- Effective as of the market open today, Sept. 18, 2024, the Co. will be listed under the NYSE American Exchange ticker symbol EONR for its Class A Common Stock and EONR WS for its publicly traded warrants. T
- he CUSIP numbers for each will be unchanged as a result of the name and ticker symbol changes.
