Telesis Bio将其证券从纳斯达克退市

- Telesis Bio (NASDAQ:TBIO) said on Tuesday that it has notified Nasdaq of its decision to delist the company’s shares of common stock.
- Telesis expects that the last trading day of its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market will be on or about September 30, 2024.
- Telesis had received a letter in April from the listings department of Nasdaq notifying that the company was not in compliance with the minimum stockholder’s equity requirement which requires companies listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market to maintain a minimum of $10M in stockholders' equity for continued listing.
- Telesis Bio (TBIO) believes that it will be unable to regain compliance with the Stockholders’ Equity Requirement, and thus has decided to voluntarily delist from Nasdaq.
