Artiva Biotherapeutics宣布扩大1.67亿美元IPO定价

Artiva Biotherapeutics (ARTV) Thursday announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 13,920,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share.
All the shares of common stock are being offered by Artiva (ARTV).
The gross proceeds to Artiva (ARTV) from the offering are expected to be approximately $167 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Artiva.
In addition, Artiva has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,088,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on July 19, under the symbol “ARTV.”
The offering is expected to close on July 22.
