SPAC Blue World完成与太阳能解决方案公司部门的合并

- Blank check company Blue World Acquisition (NASDAQ:BWAQ) has closed its merger with a unit of the solar solution company TOYO, Vietnam Sunergy Cell Company.
- The combined entity is listed on Nasdaq as TOYO, with the trading expected to commence from today under the ticker symbol TOYO.
- The warrants of TOYO are expected to commence trading on the OTC Markets.
- Blue World's stockholders approved the transaction on May 28.
- TOYO CEO Junsei Ryu said, "We feel fortunate to embark on a new journey becoming a U.S.-listed company through the business combination with Blue World."
