1847 Holdings (NYSE:EFSH) on Thursday said it will affect a 1-for-13 reverse split of its common shares that will become effective on July 8.
1847's common shares will continue to trade on NYSE American under the symbol "EFSH" and will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis when the market opens on July 8.
The reverse split will reduce the number of outstanding shares of the company's common shares from about 7.1 million shares to about 0.54 million shares and also reduce the company's float from about 6.8 million shares to about 0.53 million shares.
