DermTech申请第11章破产保护

- Precision dermatology company DermTech (NASDAQ:DMTK) said on Tuesday that it has filed for voluntary chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
- The company said that the filing is a continuation of its strategic alternatives review process.
- The board had engaged TD Cowen to explore strategic alternatives for the company in April, which also included workforce reduction.
- DermTech said it intends to continue its laboratory operations and processing orders for the DermTech Melanoma Test, while simultaneously conducting a process to sell substantially all of its assets.
