5E Advanced Materials (NASDAQ:FEAM) on Tuesday agreed to issue $6M in additional senior secured convertible notes.
Bluescape Energy Partners and Ascend Global Investment Fund SPC would each purchase $3 million in additional notes, that would be initially convertible into common stock at $1.53 per share
"This new capital will provide additional cash resources to operate the small-scale facility as our team turns our focus towards engineering and financing for our large commercial operation, said CFO Paul Weibel.
