Globe Entertainment收购3D音频技术公司Holoplot

- Sphere Entertainment (NYSE:SPHR) has acquired all the remaining shares of Berlin-based Holoplot GmbH, a global leader in 3D audio technology.
- The development expands Sphere Entertainment's capabilities and enables further innovation across immersive experiences and 3D audio technology.
- With the move, Holoplot will remain based in Berlin and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sphere Entertainment (SPHR).
