DecisionPoint Systems将通过全现金交易私有化

DecisionPoint Systems (NYSE:DPSI) said it will merge with an affiliate of Barcoding in an all-cash, take private deal.
Under the deal, the company will get $10.22 per share in cash, which is ~27% premium over the closing price of $8.05 on April 30.
After the deal, the company will no longer be publicly traded.
