Park Aerospace选举Chris Goldner为财务副总裁

- Park Aerospace (NYSE:PKE) on Thursday announced that it has elected Chris Goldner as Vice President-Finance.
- Park also announced that P. Matthew Farabaugh, the company’s long time Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, plans to retire at the end of May 2024.
- Farabaugh joined the company in October 2007 and has served as the Company’s CFO since April 2012.
- Goldner started with Park on March 4, 2024 and has been working with Farabaugh and Park’s accounting staff for the last two months to facilitate the transition. He served as Corporate Controller and interim CFO of Spruce Power Holdings from 2021 through 2023.
- PKE is -3.8% to $14.685.
