- Equinor (NYSE:EQNR) declares $0.35/share quarterly dividend, in line with previous.
- Forward yield 5.17%
- The company also announced an extraordinary cash dividend of $0.35.
- Payable Aug. 28; for shareholders of record Aug. 19; ex-div Aug. 19.
- The company, after the annual general meeting 14 May 2024, will commence the second tranche of up to $1.6 billion of the share buy-back programme for 2024, as announced in relation with the first quarter results 25 April 2024.
- In this second tranche of the share buy-back for 2024, shares for up to $528 million will be purchased in the market, implying a total second tranche of up to $1.6 billion including shares to be redeemed from the Norwegian State. The tranche will end no later than 22 July 2024.
