CNH宣布签署32.5亿欧元承诺循环信贷安排

CNH (NYSE:CNHI) said on Tuesday it had signed a €3.25B committed revolving credit facility, intended for general corporate purposes.
The credit facility, entered into with a group of 18 banks providing aggregate commitments in excess of €3.5B, has a 5-year tenor with two extension options of one year each.
According to CNH, the credit facility replaces an existing 5-year €4B facility due to mature in March 2026.
