Trustmark将Fisher Brown Bottrell保险出售给Marsh & McLennan Agency

- Trustmark National Bank, a unit of Trustmark Corporation (NASDAQ:TRMK), said on Tuesday it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell its unit, Fisher Brown Bottrell Insurance, to Marsh & McLennan Agency for $345M in cash.
- In connection with the deal, current leadership and employees of Fisher Brown Bottrell Insurance are expected to join Marsh McLennan Agency.
- The company expects the deal will close by the end of the second quarter of 2024.
