AdaptHealth任命苏珊娜·福斯特为首席执行官

- AdaptHealth (NASDAQ:AHCO) said on Wednesday it had appointed Suzanne Foster as its chief executive officer, effective May 20.
- Foster succeeds interim CEO and chairman of the board Richard Barasch.
- According to AHCO, Foster previously served as the president of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences at Danaher (DHR).
- Barasch will remain as chairman of the board until June 30, when he will step down from the board of directors.
- AHCO added that Barasch has agreed to serve as needed at the request of Foster and the board as a special advisor to the CEO.
- The company said it had initiated the search for a replacement board chair.
