- Montrose Environmental Group (NYSE:MEG) said on Tuesday it intends to offer for sale 3M shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
- Shares of MEG fell 2.9% in after hours trading.
- MEG added it will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450K shares of common stock.
- The company plans to use the offering proceeds for general corporate purposes and continued acceleration of strategic growth initiatives.
