RYVyl股价因启动拟议承销公开募股而下跌

- RYVYL (NASDAQ:RVYL) said on Monday it had commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.
- Shares of RVYL tumbled 15.1% in extended trading.
- All of the shares of common stock are being offered by RVYL, the company added.
- RVYL added it plans to grant the underwriter in the offering of a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of common stock offered in the offering.
- The company plans to use the offering proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
