Transocean宣布拟私募发行2029年到期的优先票据和2031年到期的优先票据

- Transocean (NYSE:RIG) said on Thursday that together with its unit, it had commenced a private offering of $1.5B of Senior Notes due 2029 and Senior Notes due 2031.
- The company plans to use a portion of the offering proceeds to fund the offer to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding 11.50% Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2027.
- The company plans to use the remaining net proceeds from the offering for the redemption of other priority guaranteed notes.
