花旗集团宣布27.5亿美元赎回2025年到期的3.352%固定/浮动利率票据

Citigroup (NYSE:C) on Tuesday announced the redemption, in whole, constituting $2.75 billion of its 3.352% Fixed Rate / Floating Rate Notes due 2025.
The redemption date for the notes is April 24, 2024. The cash redemption price for the notes payable on the redemption date would equal par plus accrued and unpaid interest, to but excluding, the redemption date.
Beginning on the redemption date, interest will no longer accrue on the notes, the company added.
