Brookfield Asset Management与Soundcore签署合作伙伴关系

- Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE:BAM) said it has entered into a strategic partnership with Soundcore Capital Partners and its commercial paving platform, Heartland Paving Partners.
- "The investment is to accelerate the platform's growth as it pursues further consolidation in the Upper Midwest market," the company said.
- The company executed the partnership through its private equity sponsor solutions business, Brookfield Sponsor Solutions.
- Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
