VivoPower宣布股票回购计划高达500万美元

VivoPower International (NASDAQ:VVPR) on Wednesday announced that its board authorized a capital management strategy, including a stock buyback program.
Under the program, the company is authorized to purchase up to $5M of its outstanding common stock.
The stock buyback program has an expiration date of April 3, 2025, and may be suspended, terminated, amended, or modified at any time without prior notice at the board’s discretion.
