ContextLogic表示Rishi Bajaj将在Qoo10交易完成后担任首席执行官

ContextLogic (NASDAQ:WISH) on Tuesday said it will reconstitute its Board of Directors and management team, and Rishi Bajaj will become CEO of the company upon completion of its pending transaction with Singaporean e-commerce company Qoo10.
ContextLogic in February, said it has agreed to sell its assets and liabilities, mainly its Wish ecommerce platform, for $173 million in cash to Qoo10.
Upon closing, the reconstituted Board will comprise five directors, four of whom will be independent and newly appointed, the company said. It includes Bajaj and Onit CEO Michael Farlekas among others.
Bajaj is the founder, president and Chief Investment Officer at Altai Capital Management and current director at ContextLogic. Bajaj joined the ContextLogic Board in November 2023.
Brett Just, the company’s current Chief Accounting Officer, will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer, the company added.
ContextLogic directors Tanzeen Syed, Julie Bradley, Larry Kutscher, Stephanie Tilenius, Hans Tung and Joe Yan will step down from the Board.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
