Big Tree宣布30万美元非经纪私募

- Big Tree Carbon (TSXV:BIGT:CA) is pleased to announce that it is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement of up to 6M working capital units of the Co. at a price of $0.05/WC Unit for up to $0.3M to provide the Co. with working capital.
- Each WC Unit consists of 1 common share of the Co. priced at $0.05/common share and 1 common share purchase warrant.
- Each WC Warrant entitles the holder to acquire 1 common share until 1 years from the closing of the Offering at a price of $0.075.
- Eligible finders will be entitled to receive a commission of 7% cash and broker warrants equal to 8% of the number of WC Units sold under the Offering.
- Each Broker Warrant entitles the holder to acquire a common share at $0.05 for 1 year from closing.
