U-BX Technology (UBXG) Wednesday announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 2M shares at a public offering price of $5.00 per share for total gross proceeds of $10M.
The company's shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and are expected to commence trading on March 28, under the ticker symbol "UBXG".
The company intends to use the proceeds from this offering for research and development, among others.
