AppTech Payments宣布拟承销公开募股

- AppTech Payments (NASDAQ:APCX) fell 12% in after-hours trading on Monday as the company announced that it intends to offer to sell shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
- AppTech said it would use the net proceeds from the offering for the integration of existing business, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
- All of the shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants were to be sold by the company.
