Essex Property以5.05亿美元收购合资伙伴在四个社区的股份

- Essex Property Trust (NYSE:ESS) Monday announced that it acquired its joint venture partner’s 49.9% interest in the BEXAEW portfolio for $505.0M on a gross basis.
- The portfolio generated an 11.4% IRR and ESS would recognize about $1.5M in promote income, which will be excluded from core FFO.
- The portfolio is comprised of four properties totaling 1,480 apartment homes.
- Concurrent with closing, the company said it repaid $219.9 million of debt encumbering the properties and consolidated the communities on the company’s financials.
