塔吉特酒店股价上涨，每股10.80美元收购要约

- Target Hospitality (NASDAQ:TH) soared 16% after Arrow Holdings offered to buy the rental and housing services company for $10.80 a share.
- Arrow Holdings, which is an affiliate of TDR Capital, indicated in its proposal on Sunday that it expects that a special committee of independent directors will consider the offer and make a recommendation to the board, according to a 13D/A filing and a press release on Monday. Arrow has a 64% stake in Target Hospitality (TH).
- A $10.80 takeover offer represents a 21% premium to Target Hospitality's (TH) closing price on Friday.
