GitLab收购Oxye

- GitLab (NASDAQ:GTLB) said on Wednesday it had acquired Oxeye, a provider of a cloud-native application security and risk management solution.
- GTLB expects the deal to accelerate its Static Application Security Testing roadmap.
- According to GTLB, Oxeye offers an automated cloud-native application security testing solution.
- Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, GTLB added.
