科弗林获得曼哈顿市中心217套公寓的权利

- CorpHousing Group (NASDAQ:CHG) has acquired long-term rights for 217 units in downtown Manhattan in New York through a 15-year master lease pact with one of the largest privately held real estate investment companies in the world.
- The long-term pact adds 217 units to CHG's property portfolioplan to convert hotel to LuxUrbanTM property.
- CorpHousing plans to start operating this property during Q4 2022.
- The company will operate this hotel under its customer-facing hospitality brand, LuxUrban.
