凯雷完成对ManTech International的收购

Private equity firm Carlyle Group (NASDAQ:CG) has completed the acquisition of ManTech International (NASDAQ:MANT), an all-cash transaction that valued the latter at ~$4.2B.
CG had agreed to purchase ManTech in May.
ManTech shares have ceased trading, and will no longer be listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
The company will remain headquartered in Herndon, Virginia.
