03:49 AM EDT, 07/07/2022 (MT Newswires) -- GOME Retail Holdings (HKG:0493) completed the placing of existing shares and subscription of new shares on June 30 and July 6, respectively.
A total of 1,962,500,000 were placed at HK$0.40 ($0.051) apiece to at least six independent placees, according to a filing on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, a total of 1,962,500,000 shares were subscribed by GOME Management at HK$0.40 per share. The subscription shares represent 5.49% of the company's enlarged issued share capital.
