01:44 AM EDT, 07/07/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Alibaba Group (HKG:9988) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with State Power Investment Corp. or SPIC, according to a Weixin statement on Wednesday.
Under the deal, Alibaba will help the state-owned power company in its digital transformation and in constructing digital infrastructure.
根据协议，阿里巴巴-SW将帮助这家国有电力公司实现数字化转型，并建设数字化基础设施。
The two parties will seek to cooperate on the integration of new energy and digitalization to improve productivity and support China's carbon reduction goals.
