Schweitzer-Mauduit International和Neenah完成合并以创建Mativ

07:46 AM EDT, 07/06/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Schweitzer-Mauduit International (SWM) and Neenah (NP) on Wednesday completed their all-stock merger to create a combined business with revenue of about $3 billion.

The new company, called Mativ Holdings, will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "MATV" at the market open.

Under the terms of the merger, Neenah shareholders received 1.358 shares of Schweitzer-Mauduit International for each share of Neenah. Schweitzer-Mauduit International stockholders will retain their shares, which become Mativ common shares.
