04:21 AM EDT, 07/05/2022 (MT Newswires) -- The Very Good Food Co. (VGFC) said Monday that Parimal Rana, its vice president of Operations, has been named as the company's new chief executive officer.
The company said that Matthew Hall resigned as interim co-CEO and as director of the company, while Dela Salem, who was also interim co-CEO, will focus exclusively on the company's board.

Also disclosed in the announcement, independent director Bill Tolany has stepped down from the board for personal reasons.
