04:33 PM EDT, 06/28/2022 (MT Newswires) -- RealNetworks (RNWK) late Tuesday said chief operating officer Mike Ensing will become a strategic advisor to the digital media software firm on July 1, also relinquishing his position as company president, with those responsibilities to be split between three new executive slots.

The company said it has hired former Feenics executive Paul DiPeso to its newly created position of president of its biometrics and physical security unit. It did not immediately say who will lead its Messaging and Games units as their unit presidents.

DiPeso most recently had been an executive vice president and general manager of privately held employee credentialing firm Feenics and also previously worked in various access control positions with United Technologies - now, part of Raytheon Technologies (RTX) - and at Honeywell (HON).
