09:41 AM EDT, 06/24/2022 (MT Newswires) -- AIkido Pharma (AIKI) said Friday it has set up a financial services unit to invest and make acquisitions in the financial technology and financial services industries.
The move is part of efforts to diversify business beyond biotechnology in a bid to lower volatility and risk, said the biotechnology company, which also plans to set up two more subsidiaries in the health and wellness and innovative technology industries.
